One of those days... 

Do you speak up - even if your not 100% sure your right? Do you take a stand when no one seems to be behind you? Do you follow your gut? Are you OK changing your mind if someone can show you a different opinion? I hope so. I do. Being open, listening to others, not fearing debate and knowing it's OK to to let others influence me, is all good. That's right Kodee, you keep barking.

We have been lost in summer! Isn't it great?! Part of me loves the whirlwind of activity and part of me just wishes it could slow down to savor it a bit. So what have we been up to? Well first off I finally stopped talking about it and started Rally. Big surprise is I enrolled both dogs and Kodee is surprisingly the star! More on that next week with photos and a video.

Walking Challenge Progress Has Been Made!

Isn't it great the warmer weather is back? For me that means I can up my kilometers for the "Walking Challenge" over at Lessons From and For 4 Legs. A group of pet bloggers have banned together to support and encourage each other to meet our personal walking goals. I have set a goal of walking with Kodee and Becky, 365 Kilometers in 365 Days. Yeah it's not as enthusiastic as some of my other friends who are aiming at 365 Miles in 365 days but let me whine about my short comings for a moment. I have one ankle not in tip top shape that slows me down plus our winter was brutal this year. I am excited to report for the month of May I hobbled along with great strides and to date have dragged myself 117 km!
